Manzanilla Pasada
This is the tenth release of La Bota de Manzanilla by Equipo Navazos, all with a pure Sanlúcar character. This release, 113, comes from the same soleras as No. 71 and No. 93, to preserve the authenticity of the original style of the Manzanilla. The NV Equipo Navazos La Bota de Manzanilla 113 comes from a selection of several dozen barrels of otherworldly quality, barrels carefully cared for by Eduardo Ojeda and his team more than fifteen years ago, since they arrived in Sanlúcar in January 2007.
The estimated average age of this manzanilla is seven years old. With its salty and cheerful liveliness, the La Bota de Manzanilla No. 113 ‘Navazos’ is an unbeatable match on the dining table. It excels with dishes from the Spanish seafood tradition: mackerel, potatoes, tuna stew, oven preparations and boiled shellfish.
It is bottled after only the slightest filtration to preserve its authentic character and deep golden color with green hues. It is advisable to handle this manzanilla as carefully as any other white top wine and should be served at approximately 9 /11ºC in fairly large glassware.
Only 2,500 bottles were produced.

Call Manzanilla Pasada overripe and she will never look at you again. Right near the end of her education she is allowed the slightest bit of oxidation. Producing subtle notes of hazelnut and tobacco. Making her the ideal companion for the primary dishes in your meal.
