Manzanilla

Light, crispy, dry and playful. Manzanilla the virtuous, from the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda is a little salty on your lips. Enjoy the (late) afternoon with some seafood, light dishes and a perfectly chilled bottle, pearling in the setting sun.

Manzanilla Pasada

Call Manzanilla Pasada overripe and she will never look at you again. Right near the end of her education she is allowed the slightest bit of oxidation. Producing subtle notes of hazelnut and tobacco. Making her the ideal companion for the primary dishes in your meal.

Fino

Vibrant, dry and refreshing. Raised under a bed of flowers, Fino’s innocence is preserved. Giving way to a delicate bouquet, reminiscent of fresh dough and wild flowers. The perfect aperitif to enjoy under the Spanish sun with your favourite tapa.

Fino en Rama

Some things are better unfiltered. Fino en rama definitely is. Blatantly pure and fragrantly honest. She retains flavours and complexities ironed out in so many others. Exceptionally well to entice guests to sit down for a summer lunch in the garden.

Amontillado

The best of both worlds. Starting life under a protective layer of flor, casting it off later to fully experience the world. Enjoyed on a late summer evening, or halfway through dinner. Expect to be pleasantly entertained by its dry finish and aftertaste of nuts and wood.

Palo Cortado

It’s hard to exactly pin him down, that’s why most have stopped trying. Surprising complexities balanced with delicate curiosities. Bitter orange and citric caramel make a truly unique companion for equally elusive courses or a light cigar to mirror one’s soul in an contemplate adventure.

Oloroso

Full bodied and established. A spicy extravagance with a balsamic mind as strong as mahogany. Simply the perfect companion for a savoury main course or a good debate on a firelit night. Changing your view on life after each meeting.

Medium

A friend to all. With entertaining, playful sweetness for an easygoing company on the most diverse occasions. Sure to delight on a picnic, or a boat ride with friends. Don’t underestimate its honeyed character, shrewd complexities hide beneath that charming facade.

Cream

Cream cannot be ignored. She enters the room with power and uses a silky smoothness to leave many speechless. A temptress at heart, enchants the crowd in an autumn cocktail with ice and orange. Some want her for themselves, as the perfect company to light desserts.

Moscatel

A hidden treasure. Lucky are the ones who find her. An astonishing sweetness, paired with a delicate, floral character. Some find it strange how such a well developed wine has retained so much youthfulness. Others know that that is her secret. And search the world for another taste.

Pedro Ximénez

The King. A character so intense and outspoken it daunts the brave and silences the loud. His incredible sweetness is a formidable opponent. Better enjoyed with dessert, or some dark chocolate, than challenged to a game of chess in the belvedere.
