The Solear Manzanilla is the famous Manzanilla by Bodegas Barbadillo. This wine is a 100% Palomino Fino from the vineyards of Gibalbín and Santa Lucía, grown on the infallible albariza soils, and aged for an average of seven years under a veil of flor.
The perfumed nose is dominated by toasted almonds, dry flowers (chamomile), bread dough and a hint of the sea breeze from Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Solear is medium bodied, fresh and penetrating with a long finish. Resulting in a most enjoyable and subtle Manzanilla.
