Santa Petronila

An artisanal white from Santa Petronila’s albariza soils in Pago de Macharnudo, Marismas expresses citrus zest, floral lift and mineral salinity driven by its Atlantic-influenced terroir and careful barrel ageing. The nose shows bright lemon and green apple with a light saline edge. On the palate it’s dry, fresh and energetic with fine acidity and a persistent, slightly chalky finish.

This wine pairs beautifully with chilled seafood, oysters, ceviche or citrus-dressed salads, and is equally lovely with light goat cheese or grilled white fish.
