Palo Cortado
A rare palo cortado from historic Bodegas Arfe in Jerez, aged in old American oak barrels for around 15 years before bottling in classic style. The nose shows amber-gold warmth with toasted almond, dried fruit, oak spice and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it’s dry, structured and elegant with a smooth texture and lingering nutty finish that bridges amontillado finesse and oloroso depth.
Pair with roasted pork, wild mushroom risotto or aged manchego. Also great with salted nuts or tapenade.
