The Pedro Ximénez Dulce from González Byass is obtained from overripe grapes of the same name, which are sun-dried so that they retain their exceptionally high concentration of residual sugars. The aging in the criadera system, also in 100% oak barrels and the rich Pedro Ximénez grape, make Nectar a powerful and full-bodied sweet sherry with the taste of raisins and sun-dried figs.
