Old-vine Palomino from selected albariza parcels (including Miraflores, Añina and Macharnudo), made to show the grape without the region’s traditional ageing. The nose is chalky and fresh, with citrus peel, orchard fruit and a light coastal herbal note. On the palate it’s pure and dry, more about texture than weight, with crisp acidity and a salty, stony core. Balanced, precise structure, finishing bright and mouthwatering.

Serve with boquerones, sushi, steamed clams or jamón. Also excellent with simple roast chicken and lemon.
