This wine has an elegant topaz to amber colour. Its aroma is subtle and delicate, with an ethereal base softened by aromas of hazelnuts and plant-like qualities, reminiscent of aromatic herbs and black tobacco. It has a pleasant entry and balanced acidity; its development is complex and suggestive, highlighting a dry finish and a lingering aftertaste in which notes of nuts and wine-infused wood harmonise in a subtle ceremony.
Pairing: Almonds, Morcón and Iberian Ham, grilled asparagus, artichoke cream, sautéed smoked mushrooms and white meats (salmon, herring, roast lamb and rice with rabbit).
