Alfonso is the wonderfully dry oloroso in the premium range by González Byass. With a minimum of 8 years in American oak cask following the traditional Solera system, it has plenty of oxidative ageing showcasing a beautiful golden amber colour and intense aromas with the nuttiness of hazelnuts and walnuts.

As a result of the time spent in his barrel, Alfonso shows subtle aromas of oak and spiced notes which remind of truffle or leather. Most flavourful and structured with a long and complex aftertaste and slight vanilla touches with a surprising sweet note to finish off.

 Alfonso is best to be enjoyed slightly chilled between 10 and 12°C.
